Shipping & Handling

We ship all over the world.

Our handling time is 2-5 business days after your payment has been processed. A tracking number will be provided to you. Shipping fees depend on the weight of your items along with the destination. 

• Standard Shipping Rates, usually takes 5 -14 business days.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames advertised, please ensure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical in providing timely delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. If you have indicated any incorrect information in your shipping details, please immediately contact us at CustomerCare@lalushus.com.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Lalushus.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Delivery Claims

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days.

La Lushus does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Returns

La Lushus understands the importance of customer service satisfaction, for this reason we do accept returns.

Please ensure you read our store policy below:

• We accept returns on full priced clothing items. Any items purchased on sale, and all accessories, are considered final sale.

Note: La Lushus is not responsible for any returned items that may be lost or stolen.

• Clothing must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.
• Clothing must be returned in its original condition.
• Clothes must have their tags, original paperwork, be unwashed, and/or unworn.
• Please allow up to 7 businesses days for La Lushus to process your returns.
• A store credit will be issued to you in the form of a coupon code.
